We're a multi-service contractor offering electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services to property managers across the Greater Toronto Area. We're here to set a new industry standard based on our innovation, expertise, and commitment to challenging the status quo.

That's why in 2017, EAMA set out to create a new standard in contracting, offering electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services to property managers all over the GTA with the singular purpose of giving our clients peace of mind. What does this mean? It means that when you choose EAMA, you choose a provider that you can trust to optimize your property on time, on budget, and on point.

Our foundation of expertise is built on the combined knowledge of three entities, Quantum Electric (est. 1991), Price Plumbing & Heating (est. 1991), and Roszell Plumbing & Heating (est. 1974). Beginning with Quantum in 2018 up to the recent acquisition of Price in 2021, these companies have all contributed their unique brands of quality and experience to EAMA's overall vision of becoming the one-stop-shop for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services.
